Clean place, staff was helpful and excellent. Terrific service, though a few employees were rather indifferent. Suite I stayed at was amazingly comfortable with their own charm. The location was stunning, adjacent to the main square, Brazil, and the mountain.

The bed of mine was very firm.

This place is really well-kept and has an AMAZING staff. the room was tidy and came with a mini fridge, air conditioner, and TV. Plus, it’s conveniently located close to the main bus station. 😊.

The deluxe king room was impressive, with great facilities such as a balcony and a lounge area.

Hotel Pousada Casa Grande is a fantastic choice for a memorable stay in Ouro Preto, blending comfort, history, and a prime location.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, but unfortunately it sits on a sidewalk next to a busy road which can be quite noisy. The rooms are average in size and offer basic amenities, but some may have an unappealing view to the wall with road on top of it. The breakfast is good, but not exceptional as mentioned before.

The staff could have been more friendly and attentive to the guests' needs.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and were always ready to assist. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city. The panoramic view from the balcony was breathtaking, allowing me to truly appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious pastries and traditional mineiro food. the service, location, and amenities provided by this hotel made my stay here unforgettable.

The location of Pousada Casa Grande is excellent, as it is close to the bus terminal and just a 10-minute walk to the city centre. The ancient house has been well maintained and offers a beautiful view of the historic city centre and surrounding hills. The beds are comfortable and there is even an excellent restaurant, Contos del Rei, nearby. Additionally, the breakfast provided is very good.

Great location just a short walk from the main square, comfortable and charming rooms, and friendly staff. the breakfast options on the terrace are amazing, and the views are simply stunning. the hotel is always very clean, and the lounge room features comfy couches.

Some rooms facing the front of the property can be very noisy due to traffic and being near the lobby. the TV in the rooms doesn't have the option to change to English, which can be frustrating for non-native Portuguese speakers.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the friendly staff who made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of foods offered, including fresh baked goods. The hotel's location was perfect. We could easily walk to several key attractions like the mineral museum, and many good restaurants were within reasonable distance. One advantage was the beautiful patio where we could relax and enjoy coffee and cake throughout the day.

The room was on the smaller side and had some communication problems with the staff who did not speak English. However, they tried their best to help us having a great experience.

We loved the location of this hotel - it was right in the heart of the city center, making it easy for us to explore this beautiful city without needing to worry about driving. The hotel facilities were great - we particularly appreciated the secure parking which gave us peace of mind. The breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of delicious pastries to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even if not everyone spoke fluent English. we were very impressed with this hotel.
